RADAR festival expands to Meanjin with large, locally-driven lineup
The festival, originally from Boorloo/Perth, ventures to the East coast for the first time.

After its debut in Boorloo/Perth just last year, featuring the likes of UK heavyweights Overmono, Jyoty, asll as KI/KI, DJ Boring and many more, RADAR festival returns in 2026 but with a huge geographical change.
January 3, 2026, will see the festival bringing a blend of music, art and culture to Meanjin/Brisbane for the first time.
Set to take over multi-arts and events space Superordinary, the festival aims to "carry forward" its ethos in "a celebration of connection, creativity and community at the intersection of European club culture and Australia's underground sound," the event shared.
In doing so, the festival's Meanjin debut sees a variety of big local names paired with international heavyweights, including the likes of X CLUB., DJ HEARTSTRING, Bella Claxton, Juicy Romance, Clouds, and more set to be announced.
Pre-sale for the event begins on Thursday, October 23 at 9AM Meanjin time, with general sale starting a day later on Friday, October 24 at the same time.
Pre-sale registration is now open via RADAR's website.
