Club 77 announce series of 22-hour Sundays
The iconic venue welcomes a new era for after hours clubbing in Eora.
Club 77 has been an essential part of Eora/Sydney's nightlife for almost thirty years now. Over that time it's gone from being a regular haunt as a goth and fetish hangout, to the world class clubbing destination it's known as today.
With so many years under its belt, you might be excused for thinking that from here, the basement couldn't change too much. You would, thankfully, be wrong.
Today, 77 has announced that it's restructuring its Sunday events, and evolving them into a mammoth 22 hour event running from 6AM Sunday to 4AM Monday.
Eora has long been lacking any major 'after hours' locations, but with this announcement, 77 has taken its commitment to its community to the next level. This 6AM start is set to act not only as an enticing cherry on top to any Eora partier not quite ready to call it quits, but provides an after-hours experience for industry and hospitality workers too. 77's commitment to 'hospo' staff has been long and well documented, with a free entry policy for hospitality workers who register with the venue.
77's new Sunday debuts with 6 weeks of programming that pays homage to Eora's musical landscape both old and new. View all 6 weeks of programming below:
