Hobiennale is a free, regional, artist-led festival unfolding as a series of curated event clusters across Greater Nipaluna/Hobart over 2026-27. Bringing together artists and collectives from across Australia, it will present exhibitions, performances, workshops and gatherings linked by the curatorial framework of reworlding. It builds on past iterations (2017 and 2019), which fostered long-term connections in the emerging and experimental arts sector.
