I run an event series called ‘Soft Launch’ which explores the relationship between music and exciting spaces - I have thrown events (ORDER OUT) in a gallery setting, a florist (Xflos), and I expect to expand my parties into other artistic settings. I prioritise curating lineups that feature exceptional selectors, with a strong focus on including Black, Indigenous, and artists of colour in every event.
Soft Launch will take place at Collingwood Basement, taking a turn toward longer paced out sets since its last edition. Three distinct artists will soundtrack the night, spanning genres including experimental club, IDM, progressive, deep house, deep techno, and footwork.
