S.A.S.H was founded in May 2011, inspired by the Sunday party culture of Chapel Bar in London and created to fill the gap left in Sydney nightlife after the closure of Sounds on Sunday. What began as a niche Sunday afternoon gathering has grown into a weekly institution, helping define Sydney’s recovery-era nightlife for more than 15 years. Despite the theories around its name, S.A.S.H officially stands for nothing. It was inspired by the TV show MAS*H during the naming process, though fans have since created their own meanings, including “Sorry About Sundays, Honey” and “Sunday Afternoon Sunday House.” The brand became known for its Day & Night marathon format, moving from S.A.S.H by Day in The Greenwood Hotel’s open-air sandstone courtyard to S.A.S.H by Night at Home Nightclub on Darling Harbour. In late 2025, S.A.S.H entered a new chapter with S.A.S.H Saturdays at Carousel Bar & Ballroom on Oxford Street, bringing its community energy into the heart of the weekend. Musically, S.A.S.H is strictly dedicated to house, spanning deep, chuggy grooves through to minimal and tech-house, with a strong focus on sound quality and Funktion-One systems. Its culture is built around a no-phones dance floor, relaxed dress code and a loyal community known for going all-in on fancy dress, especially at the annual April birthday parties. Beyond Sydney, S.A.S.H has expanded to Melbourne, Brisbane, Byron Bay, Wollongong, Bali, Ibiza and London, while S.A.S.H Records launched in 2020 as another extension of the brand.

This June Long Weekend we return down South to our favourite coastal getaway, Wollongong. More specifically, we're back at The Heritage Hotel, Bulli - teaming up once again with the local lords Four On The Floor to swing on in with some seriously slick house music. The main course for such an occasion? None other than upcoming French phenom, Man/Ipulate. There's no shortage of talent coming out France in the world of underground music. French House Music has reined supreme for decades upon decades, and in this modern era, it appears it will continue to do so for many more years to come. Emerging from the illustrious crucible and true house music mecca of the world, nestled within the beating heart of France's vibrant scene, Man/Ipulate emerged as a luminary in the realm of sonic artistry. His ascent to the upper echelons of the underground scene, catalyzed by the global pause of 2020's lockdown, is a testament to the transformative power of solitude. While the world stood still, Man/ipulate delved into the depths of his creativity, emerging with a sound that defies his years in the industry. His productions possess an enigmatic maturity that belies his apparent youth, each track a testament to his innate talent and tireless dedication. With a show roster that reads like a roll-call of electronic music's elite, Manipulate stands poised at the precipice of stardom, a harbinger of the next generation of sonic pioneers. Joining him for this adventure down South, local digger and dance floor directa, Myndgame, goes toe to toe with our own collecta and all-time selecta, Kemba, to deliver 2 hours of pure house music warmup madness. Rounding out the lineup, South Coast up and comers Split7even return to our stables to kick off the evenings proceedings and deliver the winter warmers to get those legs bouncing.
