S.A.S.H was founded in May 2011, inspired by the Sunday party culture of Chapel Bar in London and created to fill the gap left in Sydney nightlife after the closure of Sounds on Sunday. What began as a niche Sunday afternoon gathering has grown into a weekly institution, helping define Sydney’s recovery-era nightlife for more than 15 years. Despite the theories around its name, S.A.S.H officially stands for nothing. It was inspired by the TV show MAS*H during the naming process, though fans have since created their own meanings, including “Sorry About Sundays, Honey” and “Sunday Afternoon Sunday House.” The brand became known for its Day & Night marathon format, moving from S.A.S.H by Day in The Greenwood Hotel’s open-air sandstone courtyard to S.A.S.H by Night at Home Nightclub on Darling Harbour. In late 2025, S.A.S.H entered a new chapter with S.A.S.H Saturdays at Carousel Bar & Ballroom on Oxford Street, bringing its community energy into the heart of the weekend. Musically, S.A.S.H is strictly dedicated to house, spanning deep, chuggy grooves through to minimal and tech-house, with a strong focus on sound quality and Funktion-One systems. Its culture is built around a no-phones dance floor, relaxed dress code and a loyal community known for going all-in on fancy dress, especially at the annual April birthday parties. Beyond Sydney, S.A.S.H has expanded to Melbourne, Brisbane, Byron Bay, Wollongong, Bali, Ibiza and London, while S.A.S.H Records launched in 2020 as another extension of the brand.

With our recent 15 year celebration still fresh in our minds, returning to the land of Perth was an absolute no brainer. The love we felt and the energy that was shared, we're over the moon to have such a beautiful response to the one thing we all know & love; house music. This time, we're back for another Saturday at Port Beach Brewery with none other than the studio afficionado; Subb-an. A powerhouse within the music world, pristin productions alongside his carefully selected tunes in his deeper than Alice in Wonderland's record bag, Subb-an is the man. He'll take control of the Brewery and steer the ship towards great feats, but he can't do so without a crew to support him. The Duchess & WHYZE takle stage as his co-captains, a devious duo that have been out and about within the world of Perth, two of our trusted selectors that we look forward to welcoming into the saddle once again. Pachh joins us all the way from his Argentinian roots, a minimal infused selector with groove running through his veins. C.A.M opens things up over the way in Perth, the Scottish selector makes his S.A.S.H debut under the sun, ready for a groove filled afternoon at the brewery.
