S.A.S.H
S.A.S.H was founded in May 2011, inspired by the Sunday party culture of Chapel Bar in London and created to fill the gap left in Sydney nightlife after the closure of Sounds on Sunday. What began as a niche Sunday afternoon gathering has grown into a weekly institution, helping define Sydney’s recovery-era nightlife for more than 15 years. Despite the theories around its name, S.A.S.H officially stands for nothing. It was inspired by the TV show MAS*H during the naming process, though fans have since created their own meanings, including “Sorry About Sundays, Honey” and “Sunday Afternoon Sunday House.” The brand became known for its Day & Night marathon format, moving from S.A.S.H by Day in The Greenwood Hotel’s open-air sandstone courtyard to S.A.S.H by Night at Home Nightclub on Darling Harbour. In late 2025, S.A.S.H entered a new chapter with S.A.S.H Saturdays at Carousel Bar & Ballroom on Oxford Street, bringing its community energy into the heart of the weekend. Musically, S.A.S.H is strictly dedicated to house, spanning deep, chuggy grooves through to minimal and tech-house, with a strong focus on sound quality and Funktion-One systems. Its culture is built around a no-phones dance floor, relaxed dress code and a loyal community known for going all-in on fancy dress, especially at the annual April birthday parties. Beyond Sydney, S.A.S.H has expanded to Melbourne, Brisbane, Byron Bay, Wollongong, Bali, Ibiza and London, while S.A.S.H Records launched in 2020 as another extension of the brand.

As we settle into our icy new home, the 2nd week in the Snow House see’s the return of our captain and commander, Kerry Wallace. Following his hop, skip and jump around Europe and Jakarta he’s now back on home soil and ready to cause some turmoil. Joining him in the blue zoo, Kemba makes his snowy debut after somehow managing to miss a session in the bliss last season. Rounding out the day and taking us through the sunset session, G.onza will be setting the scene to be most serene. By Night we take flight and prepare for aural delight as the Frenchmen set their sights from Bastille Day to SASH By Night. Mehmet and Frumosul go toe to toe and elbow to elbow to open up OAF, having carried the Bastille celebrations from Friday through to Sunday. Diggers that know how to pull the trigger, these two strapping young chaps have spent the majority of their waking hours with their heads buried in record-shop crates. It’s been a hot min since he last did his thing, this time our smooth operator Minh is throwing caution to the wind as he closes out the night in style. To fill in this Croque Monsieur, with a little Aussie spice, Bortzo takes the bold print for the night. Another of the delightful degustation options offered up from the B.A.G crew, Bortzo has never failed to deliver. Whether it’s in the early afternoon, or the wee hours of the morning, Josh has the range and versatility to nail it all. As always, you bring your dancing shoes; and we’ll provide the rest. We look forward to seeing you on the dance floor xxx
