S.A.S.H was founded in May 2011, inspired by the Sunday party culture of Chapel Bar in London and created to fill the gap left in Sydney nightlife after the closure of Sounds on Sunday. What began as a niche Sunday afternoon gathering has grown into a weekly institution, helping define Sydney’s recovery-era nightlife for more than 15 years. Despite the theories around its name, S.A.S.H officially stands for nothing. It was inspired by the TV show MAS*H during the naming process, though fans have since created their own meanings, including “Sorry About Sundays, Honey” and “Sunday Afternoon Sunday House.” The brand became known for its Day & Night marathon format, moving from S.A.S.H by Day in The Greenwood Hotel’s open-air sandstone courtyard to S.A.S.H by Night at Home Nightclub on Darling Harbour. In late 2025, S.A.S.H entered a new chapter with S.A.S.H Saturdays at Carousel Bar & Ballroom on Oxford Street, bringing its community energy into the heart of the weekend. Musically, S.A.S.H is strictly dedicated to house, spanning deep, chuggy grooves through to minimal and tech-house, with a strong focus on sound quality and Funktion-One systems. Its culture is built around a no-phones dance floor, relaxed dress code and a loyal community known for going all-in on fancy dress, especially at the annual April birthday parties. Beyond Sydney, S.A.S.H has expanded to Melbourne, Brisbane, Byron Bay, Wollongong, Bali, Ibiza and London, while S.A.S.H Records launched in 2020 as another extension of the brand.

It’s no easy task backing up after hosting someone the likes of Raresh. This week, however, we play host to one of the fastest rising talents in recent years. CHKLTE is a name that has quickly become household across the scene. CHKLTE is now based between Ibiza & the US and can often be found controlling the dance floors of Fabric London, Hi Ibiza, DC 10 Ibiza, Epizode & UNUM festivals in Albania, ADE in Amsterdam, Club der Visionaere, as well as Mexico, Canada, London, Romania, Czech Republic & Bulgaria. He can be often found on lineups alongside Dyed Soundorom, Gescu, The Martinez Brothers, Voigtmann, Nu Zau, tINI, Herodot, Priku, Afriqua and in May 2021 closed Space Miami b2b2b with the legendary pairing of Ricardo Villalobos and Raresh. Taking us through the early afternoon and into the sunset, Kerry Wallace and Accent’ go toe to toe, elbow to elbow and back to back for 4 hours of seriously low-slung, well-hung groovers. Tyler Hudson steps into the open, delving deep into his collection of stripped back selections. Rolling over the bridge and falling down the stairs we head back to OAF once more, this time spearheaded by Nate S.U for one final show before he heads back to Europe. Joining him, Daleh makes his return to The Terrace to close out the night with Jack + Jon making their Terrace debut plugging in the CDJs and dusting off the turntables, ensuring we’re all properly warmed up before Nate takes control.
