S.A.S.H was founded in May 2011, inspired by the Sunday party culture of Chapel Bar in London and created to fill the gap left in Sydney nightlife after the closure of Sounds on Sunday. What began as a niche Sunday afternoon gathering has grown into a weekly institution, helping define Sydney’s recovery-era nightlife for more than 15 years. Despite the theories around its name, S.A.S.H officially stands for nothing. It was inspired by the TV show MAS*H during the naming process, though fans have since created their own meanings, including “Sorry About Sundays, Honey” and “Sunday Afternoon Sunday House.” The brand became known for its Day & Night marathon format, moving from S.A.S.H by Day in The Greenwood Hotel’s open-air sandstone courtyard to S.A.S.H by Night at Home Nightclub on Darling Harbour. In late 2025, S.A.S.H entered a new chapter with S.A.S.H Saturdays at Carousel Bar & Ballroom on Oxford Street, bringing its community energy into the heart of the weekend. Musically, S.A.S.H is strictly dedicated to house, spanning deep, chuggy grooves through to minimal and tech-house, with a strong focus on sound quality and Funktion-One systems. Its culture is built around a no-phones dance floor, relaxed dress code and a loyal community known for going all-in on fancy dress, especially at the annual April birthday parties. Beyond Sydney, S.A.S.H has expanded to Melbourne, Brisbane, Byron Bay, Wollongong, Bali, Ibiza and London, while S.A.S.H Records launched in 2020 as another extension of the brand.

Known for his seamless blend of house and techno, Seb brings a fresh and invigorating energy straight from the heart of London’s underground scene. Since discovering electronic music in 1994, Seb Zito evolved into a powerful force redefining the London scene. As one of the original FUSE residents, his tastefully eclectic- garage infused techno sound is unmistakable, with raw, unfiltered edges that captivate listeners. A true raver at heart, Seb’s innate connection to the dance floor shines through in his sets, where he effortlessly builds a connection with the crowd and takes them deep into his sonic universe. Joining him are Sergio Cucalon, James Taylor, and Scotty Bruce, each bringing their unique flair to the evening’s proceedings. Prepare for a journey through the deeper, chunkier side of house music, complete with a rolling signature bounce that’ll keep you moving all night. Get ready to soak up the sun and dance under the stars as we once again transform Luna Beach Club into the ultimate playground.
