This September, LINES is taking over Sydney's Funktion-One-stacked jewel, Carousel, for a four-week run of intimate club shows with four of the country's slickest and up-and-coming and one of Melbourne’s best crew’s. Four Fridays. Four collectives. One dancefloor. Each week we hand the keys to a different squad shaping the underground right now - from Darlinghurst deep-diggers to Shire heaters to house purists — for a series built on proper selectors, low ceilings and high energy. STARGIRL Co-founder of Double Vision Music & Arts, STARGIRL deals in sexy, playful, groove-driven house that takes a dancefloor somewhere it didn't expect to go. She's lit up Lost Sundays, Chinese Laundry, Club Heartbeat, Vent Canberra and Reactor, sharing bills with Wolters, 2HOT2PLAY, Little Fritter and Wongo along the way. SYNC DJ's LENNŸ b2b ØNE8 (SYNC DJS) The founders of SYNC and two of the most familiar faces in Sydney's underground, LENNŸ & ØNE8 trade in high-energy hard house, trance and peak-time pressure, with runs at Chinese Laundry, The Abercrombie and Reactor to their names. For this one they're not just curating the night, they’re stepping up back-to-back to showcase the exact sound that built SYNC. BRADY At just 18, Brady is already carving his own lane through Sydney's underground with a hard groove sound, driving percussion, rolling basslines and zero let-up. Fast, relentless and built purely for the dancefloor, he's one to catch now before everyone else does. CAUXS A Shire duo dealing in hardgroove and bounce at pace, CAUXS have been tearing through rooms at The Abercrombie, Selina's Coogee with Hannah Laing and XTRA.
