For the Cause (FTC) is a not-for-profit events collective that has hosted an annual music festival on Bunurong Land (Poowong East, Victoria) since 2022. The phrase “For The Cause”, represents both the individual and collective contribution, whether you are part of the production team, an artist, a vendor or bringing your energy to the dancefloor. This ethos is the backbone of our festival – a thriving, connected community and your contributions are at its core.
Nestled in the rolling hills of South Gippsland, For the Cause returns to Boonwurrung Country for a weekend of art, music, dancing and more.
We invite you to join us in a unique experience that journeys through light and sound within the lush surrounds of nature.

For The Cause Collective acknowledges that this event will be held on Boonwurrung land of the Kulin Nation. Sovereignty has never been ceded – it always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
