S.A.S.H was founded in May 2011, inspired by the Sunday party culture of Chapel Bar in London and created to fill the gap left in Sydney nightlife after the closure of Sounds on Sunday. What began as a niche Sunday afternoon gathering has grown into a weekly institution, helping define Sydney’s recovery-era nightlife for more than 15 years. Despite the theories around its name, S.A.S.H officially stands for nothing. It was inspired by the TV show MAS*H during the naming process, though fans have since created their own meanings, including “Sorry About Sundays, Honey” and “Sunday Afternoon Sunday House.” The brand became known for its Day & Night marathon format, moving from S.A.S.H by Day in The Greenwood Hotel’s open-air sandstone courtyard to S.A.S.H by Night at Home Nightclub on Darling Harbour. In late 2025, S.A.S.H entered a new chapter with S.A.S.H Saturdays at Carousel Bar & Ballroom on Oxford Street, bringing its community energy into the heart of the weekend. Musically, S.A.S.H is strictly dedicated to house, spanning deep, chuggy grooves through to minimal and tech-house, with a strong focus on sound quality and Funktion-One systems. Its culture is built around a no-phones dance floor, relaxed dress code and a loyal community known for going all-in on fancy dress, especially at the annual April birthday parties. Beyond Sydney, S.A.S.H has expanded to Melbourne, Brisbane, Byron Bay, Wollongong, Bali, Ibiza and London, while S.A.S.H Records launched in 2020 as another extension of the brand.

Being the most important meal of the day, Breakfast comes at a time of need. Whether you’ve been dancing your heart out all night, or simply an early morning riser, Breakfast is a sonic buffet, catered to your wants & needs to bring in the new day. At the beginning of our breakfast buffet, we have a Canadian staple: Pancakes with Maple Syrup & OJay (Tripwire). Flipping records that are hot on both sides, Jay will welcome in the morning, ensuring everyone is sunny side up for the following plates. Second stop drops us at a French Cafe with Lamache serving a toasty ‘petit dejeuner’, consisting of buttery beats, fruitful festivities and tasteful tunes to conclude our Breakfast delights. Like any big breakfast, the plate isn’t complete without some side dishes. The delicious & decadent Dolce kicks things off in the Den to assist & bring in the morning sun. Their sweetness is masked by trippy treats & beefy beats, but will keep you energised until the next course. Four On The Floor take over & immediately start to serve breakfast bombs after beating the 5 second rule, concluding their service at 10AM.
